LJ was born out of a desire to write lyrically honest songs to a punk country beat. With a sincere mix of dark story telling wrapped in the strong vocals of Owen and Orla, the funky bass addition from Russ Li-Nesbitt and some banging drum beats, it's hard not to find yourself thinking country music's not so bad afterall.
