My belly flips at the very thought of passing by you in the street. Even though it's all in my mind and despite my better judgement I let myself believe it and I linger in that moment, when our eyes meet for a second, before our glance moves slowly forward and we both look back for love because we think that we just found it. Then we both walk polar opposites and merely just accept that this was not the time or place for the love that we imagined. How can i be in love with a stranger on the street? How can a strange on the street be in love with me? When did a smile become an indication of love? Well I walk on because if you are the one, I don't want to have to make you change.
